Pricing is subject to change without notice. A purchase with Blackpoint Engineering, LLC, is your agreement and acceptance of our policies. Please review our policies and shipping page before purchasing. You may also want to review our warranty. If you place an order, you may cancel it by contacting us. Payment:

1. North America payment options include VISA, MasterCARD, Discover, American Express, PayPal.
2. INTERNATIONAL customers with orders over $499 are bank wire transfer only. Orders less than $500 are credit card or PayPal.

Return Policy:

1. 30 Day Exchange / Refund for any JCS products; excluding those products requiring a WAIVER. Products requiring a WAIVER are subject to the terms and conditions listed in the WAIVER, and these rule do not apply. Otherwise, you have 30 days to receive an exchange or refund from the date you receive your purchase. Your item must be purchased from us. There will be no exceptions after 30 days. Get it, open it, and decide if you like it. Any return or exchange is solely Blackpoint Engineering discretion.
2. Call us before returning any product. We suggest you send your shipment, "signature required." This way you don't have to worry about 'whether-or-not we received it."
3. Return shipping cost is purchasers responsibility. We will not accept a COD shipment.
4. We can not refund shipping charges. The item refund amount is on your receipt and in our records. The total amount will be refunded less shipping charges and less the internet price of any unreturned gifts that may have come with the item.
5. A 10% restocking fee may apply to opened packages.

Warranty: Standard Warranty unless otherwise specified at product purchase

1. Paintball products are warranted for one year to original purchaser. Warranty begins on the date of your receipt.
2. Call us before returning the product. Return shipping is purchasers responsibility.
3. Ship to us PREPAID. We will not accept a COD shipment.
4. A note describing any problem and a copy of your receipt is a must. Our proper shipping address is on your receipt.
5. Trying to use or install JCS products for other than their intended use voids all warranty.

Lifetime Warranty: (only for products marketed by JCS as having a lifetime warranty)
JCS Products stated having "LIFETIME WARRANTY". This does not include our entire product line. The warranty is valid for original purchaser. Subject to shipping and handling costs. We do not accept freight collect packages. Shipping & handling amount may change without notice. This warranty may cease without notice at our discretion. If you're not the original owner, or do not have the receipt, we will return your package.

To claim a lifetime warranty covered product:
1. Mail copy of original receipt where you bought it.
2. Include your name, address, and phone number INSIDE the box. Note that you would like "lifetime warranty" fix or exchange."
3a. Enclose $9.00 USD for shipping, handling, and/or require return insurance. (If you send personal check, we will wait 10 days. If personal check is returned or bounced, we will not return ship, your warranty will be void. Return check will have to pay full replacement cost plus bank fees.)

3b. Send a PayPal payment to: sales @bp-usa .com (remove spaces) of $9.00
4. We usually ship within 48 hours. (If you send personal check, we will wait 10 days for clearing. PayPal is best choice.)

We accept no responsibility for property damage, injury, or death, either caused directly or indirectly by our products. Please read our Disclaimer / Warranty before purchase or use of JCS products. Use of paintball markers, replica guns, or toy guns in a crime is punishable by law as if they are the real thing. It is the user / buyer responsibility to understand local law and state law regarding purchase, ownership, and use of Blackpoint products. Purchaser's of paintball markers and accessories from Blackpoint also agree that they are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service or sales to anyone.

Privacy:

Blackpoint Engineering, LLC, d/b/a JCS Jet City Specialties, does not provide any information to any other individual or entity of any kind for any reason. Your information is solely for use by JCS to conduct transactions. From time to time, we may send you information about new products.

Free Promotional Offers:

Should we offer FREE gifts with the purchase of another product we are promoting, the FREE gifts are not returnable for any cash value. SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO KEEP THE FREE promotional gifts, AND RETURN THE purchased product on promotion, your refunded amount will be the total sale less all shipping and less the internet sales price of the free gift as advertised on our website. If both promotional item and free gift are returned in original packaging, in an unused condition satisfactory to JCS, then the total amount less shipping will be refunded.
